JIS World Cup 2008

5-aside Soccer Tournament – Sunday June 8^th 2008

The excitement of the upcoming European Football Championships is growing. To celebrate this 32 soccer teams from across Brunei will compete in the annual JIS World Cup competition.  In this tournament, the teams represent different nations from Europe, Asia and the rest of the world. This is your chance to win the World Cup with your team.

You can select your favourite team from those competing in the European Championships or select another nation from anywhere in the world. The tournament will follow the format of a FIFA World Cup with a group stage followed by a knockout phase. Play as Portugal and be Christiano Ronaldo for the day, or England’s David Beckham or even Brazil’s Ronaldinho.

How to enter

Complete an entry form and return it, with your $150 entry fee to Jerudong International School, accounts department.

Teams are expected to wear the uniforms of the country that they represent.
